DokanNao is online-store software for businesses in Bangladesh. It gives you a customer-facing store and a dashboard for products, stock, orders, payment records, delivery settings, and reports. It does not promise customers, advertising results, or sales.
Customers add products to the cart and place an order using the delivery and payment choices you enable. Guest checkout can let them order without an account. You receive or verify payment and arrange delivery; supported online-payment and courier options work only when valid provider settings are available.
Signup asks for the store name, an available web address, owner name, phone, and email. Normal store setup does not require coding. After account creation, add products and finish payment, delivery, social, and setup-assistance details in the dashboard. Connecting your own domain requires access to its DNS settings.
The current trial length is shown in Pricing and is controlled by the active DokanNao offer. Creating the store starts that trial. Signup does not ask for a card, select a paid period, or charge automatically. Continuing after trial requires a separate paid-access confirmation, and Software Group receives the payment for DokanNao.
Store-management actions lock when access ends. The public storefront remains online for exactly 20 days. If access is not renewed during that time, the storefront becomes unavailable until renewal.
